I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms up to the 7th floor were not soundproof, with noise from neighboring rooms and the nightclub on the 16th floor disturbing my stay. The maintenance issues like flooded bathrooms and unpleasant odors made my trip uncomfortable, although the hotel did offer services for kids. The service was a bit of a letdown, with some attentive staff members but also inconveniences like having to carry luggage ourselves due to a missing driver.
